Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for a direct hire position at our client’s location in Augsburg.

Tasks

• Independently managing continuing education programs and the learning platform, as well as developing new course formats based on trends and evaluations
• Selection, supervision, and coordination of teachers, including handling all contractual and billing matters
• Complete management of courses, from registration through customer data and scholarship management to billing
• Optimizing content for print and online, as well as independently planning and executing Google Ads campaigns
• Providing expert advice to prospective students on course content, individual career paths, and suitable funding opportunities

requirements

• Completed business training (or equivalent), ideally supplemented by continuing education in business administration
• Initial experience in continuing professional development, with educational organizations, or in-depth knowledge of the skilled trades
• A strong and well-grounded understanding of business concepts
•  A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work, with the ability to maintain a broad perspective while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office, learning platforms, and digital tools, as well as, ideally, experience with CMS and Google Ads
