We are looking for a Set-up Operator – Multi-spindle Turning (m/f/d) for a renowned client in Oberndorf am Neckar.

Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of machines
• Elimination of malfunctions and faults
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, productivity, and quality standards
• Communication of performance indicators within the department and management of improvement initiatives
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic specializing in turning
• Several years of experience as a machine operator and set-up technician on CNC and cam-controlled multi-spindle automatic lathes
• In-depth knowledge of setting up, operating, and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Willingness to work shifts, as well as a strong commitment and reliability
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with experience in motivating and guiding employees
