Tasks

• Comprehensive technical and organizational responsibility for the areas of customs, export control, and international trade
• Ensuring that all import and export transactions are handled in compliance with the law and in an efficient manner
• Coordination of export orders from order entry through shipment; preparation of Intrastat declarations
• Independently processing, reviewing, and monitoring customs-related procedures as well as the associated customs and foreign trade documents
• Preparation for, support during, and follow-up on inspections and audits conducted by customs authorities, aviation authorities, and other external agencies

requirements

• Completed business apprenticeship or degree in business administration with a focus on foreign trade, customs, and exports 
• Ideally, several years of experience as acustoms/export specialist(m/f/d)
• Strong knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, as well as, ideally, experience with ATLAS
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English
