Tasks

• Coordinating the entire procurement process—from determining needs to on-time delivery
• Managing the Request-for-Proposal and Proposal Process—From the Supplier Inquiry to a Well-Informed Proposal Evaluation
• Processing and monitoring orders—including order confirmations, delivery dates, and complaints
• Negotiating prices and terms, as well as drafting and monitoring framework agreements
• Ensuring that the master data is up to date, and reviewing and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Building, managing, and further developing the supplier portfolio—both nationally and internationally
• Coordinating import and customs processes and managing long-term supplier declarations

requirements

• Completed business training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), or an office management clerk (m/f/d), or continuing education in the field of purchasing
• Ideally, you already have relevant experience in purchasing for an industrial company
• Organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and clear communication
• Proficiency in SAP MM and standard MS Office programs
• Proficiency in English / Communication with international suppliers
• Self-motivated, independent, solution-oriented, and able to handle stress
