Job description

We are seeking a Logistics and Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) for our prominent client in the Burghausen area to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Recording and Posting of Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, and Inventory Transfers in SAP
• Maintaining and updating inventory and stock data in SAP and Excel
• Assistance with the planning, preparation, and execution of inventory counts
• Preparation, review, and management of delivery and shipping documents
• Performing general administrative and organizational tasks in the warehouse office

requirements

• Completed business training, e.g., as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d), office management specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Proficiency in SAP and common MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German
• An independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Driver's license and personal car to get to work
