We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for our client in Karlsruhe.

Tasks

• Main ledger accounting and fixed asset accounting
• Close cooperation with the Shared Service Center
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (knowledge of Swiss GAAP is a plus)
• Processing of payment transactions and bank entries
• Executing Payment Runs
• Preparation of analyses, variance analyses, and management reports
• Preparation and Submission of Statistical Reports

• Education in finance, business administration, or accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Experience in financial planning (forecasting) and consolidated reporting
• Providing services to multiple companies (in particular, two legally independent companies)
• Experience with corporate group structures (holding companies) and group-wide treasury processes
• Working Safely with SAP S/4HANA
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
