Job description

On behalf of our client, a global automotive supplier based in Feldkirchen Westerham, we are seeking employees for the grinding shop ( m/f/d) for a long-term assignment.

Tasks

• Grinding of welds and surfaces according to specifications 
• Manufacturing of components in accordance with work instructions and technical specifications 
• Ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with production targets 
• Independent quality control of manufactured parts and inspection of supplied materials 
• Identifying and Reporting Errors, Deviations, and Opportunities for Improvement in Products and Processes
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., CIP, process optimization, 5S, and TPM) 
• Maintenance and inspection of tools, machines, equipment, and one's own work area 
• Monitoring Parts Availability to Ensure a Smooth Production Process

requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in the metalworking industry 
• Ability to confidently read and implement technical drawings and work instructions 
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding when working with tools and machines
• Expertise in metalworking 
• Commitment to quality, ability to work independently and reliably
• Ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt 
• Willingness to work in shifts
