The gross annual salary is approximately €50,000.00.

Tasks

• •Creating route and driver schedules for one-day and multi-day trips
• •Efficient and resource-conserving scheduling of vehicles for domestic short- and long-haul transport in Germany, in compliance with applicable driving and rest periods
• •Purchase and sale of cargo and cargo space
• •Price Calculations
• •Continuous evaluation of routes for profitability
• •Monitoring delivery dates
• •Processing of shipping documents
• •Point of contact for customers and drivers
• •Booking time slots

requirements

• •Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d) or several years of experience in truck dispatching (preferably in the food industry)
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset
• •Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• •Proficiency in German; knowledge of English is a plus
• •A passion for the transportation industry
