Tasks
- Preparing warehouse orders, forwarding them to warehouse staff, and tracking their processing status
- Initial point of contact by phone or in writing for problems and questions, as well as the primary on-site contact person for drivers
- Delegating, Tracking, and Responding to Customer Inquiries
- Receipts and Issues in the “SAP EWM” Warehouse Management System
- Archiving of Shipping Documents
requirements
- Completed business training or comparable qualification in logistics
- Proficiency in receiving, storing, handling, and shipping goods
- Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience working with warehouse management systems ( SAP EWM, WMS systems) and a solid understanding of IT in this area of application
- Fluency in German and English, at least B2 level
