Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for and leadership of the seven-member Brakes client team, consisting of product management, sales, and engineering
- Supporting major clients in collaboration with our national account managers and our international subsidiaries
Acquiring new clients
- Development and implementation of a new business plan for brakes
- Technical development and adaptation of products to market and customer requirements
- Market and competition monitoring
- Development of Marketing Campaigns
- Managing large client projects, including preparing proposals
- Contact Person for International Subsidiaries
- Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day order processing
- Assistance with personnel and cost planning for the product division
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / mechanical engineering
- Several years of leadership experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the design or technical sales of mechanical drive components, ideally brakes
- Very good knowledge of English
- Analytical and structured approach to work
