Tasks

• Assembly of mechanical subassemblies according to technical drawings and bill of materials, including visual adjustments and functional tests
• Hosing and cabling of mechanical components
• Cleaning optical elements
• Conducting test procedures in accordance with a specified test plan and documenting the acceptance criteria that have been met
• Collaboration on projects for product launches and process optimization

requirements

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a precision or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the (manual) assembly of high-precision mechanical assemblies
• An interest in laser technology and optics, as well as a willingness to work in a cleanroom
• Good written and spoken German
• A structured and meticulous approach to work, along with high standards of quality
• Conscientiousness, teamwork, and flexibility
