Tasks

• Accepting and Processing Customer Orders
• Entering and Editing Orders in the IT System
• Customer Service (phone and written communication)
•  Appointment tracking
• Contact with partners in the network (national / international)
• Taking personal responsibility for your own clients within the team

requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d), transport service agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Previous work experience in freight forwarding and logistics is a plus
• Experience in managing employees
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally freight forwarding software
• Good communication skills and organizational talent
