Tasks
- Planning, preparation, setup, and execution of experiments in the field of mechanical and electrical drive technology
- Monitoring, Analysis, and Optimization of Experimental Procedures
- Professional evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of the test results
- Design, installation, and commissioning of control systems and associated control panels
- Integration and setup of the necessary measurement, control, and regulation technology
- Operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of existing test benches
- Performing and documenting maintenance and repair work on test benches and test facilities
requirements
- Successful completion of a continuing education program leading to certification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or a successfully completed degree program with a focus on mechatronics or a comparable field (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
- Certification as a certified electrician is required
- Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical drive technology, with a willingness to learn about the other field
- Experience in the planning, construction, and commissioning of machines, systems, or test setups
- Experience in structured documentation and in preparing technical reports
- Strong problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork and communication skills
- Helpful, but not a requirement:
- Practical experience in control systems and electrical panel construction
- Knowledge of measurement and control technology, as well as experience using common measurement data acquisition and analysis software
