Tasks

• Market and Location Analyses for Existing and Development Properties
• Development of property-specific leasing concepts,
• Optimizing the tenant and industry mix
• Collaboration with the Engineering and Planning Department
• Negotiation and Execution of Commercial Lease Agreements
• Management of Addenda and Contract Amendments
• Monitoring of Value Preservation and Index Clauses
• Contract Management, Commercial Property Management
• Monitoring and Reporting on Vacancies, Marketing of Vacant Properties
• Management and Coordination of Real Estate Agents
• Attracting potential tenants
• Handover and Return of Rental Units, Correspondence with Tenants
• Preparing rent calculations, coordinating building specifications, and monitoring renovation costs
• Preparation of rent statements, collection management for overdue rent

requirements

• Completed training as a real estate agent (IHK) or advanced training as a real estate specialist; alternatively, a business-related apprenticeship with substantial professional experience in the real estate industry
• Several years of professional experience in property management, ideally in the commercial sector
• Experience in banking, finance, or insurance is a plus
• Solid computer skills and proficiency in using industry-standard real estate software
