Tasks
- Active Cooking: You stand at the stove and independently prepare meals for specific diets and special dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free, light meals) as well as regular meals.
- Precise Execution: You skillfully transform doctors’ prescriptions and meal plans into delicious dishes.
- Quality Control: You check the dishes for taste, texture, and appearance before they leave the kitchen.
- Hygiene Management: You ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and high quality standards.
- Cost of Goods Sold: You calculate quantities and handle high-quality food products responsibly.
requirements
- Qualifications: A completed apprenticeship as a chef (m/f/d) with additional certification as a certified dietary chef (or comparable continuing education).
- Practical Focus: You’re a “doer” in the kitchen and have already gained experience in institutional food service or the healthcare sector.
- Skills: You 've mastered modern cooking techniques and know how to preserve nutrients and flavor.
- Personality: You can handle pressure, work in an organized manner, and keep track of everything even during peak times (e.g., the lunch rush).
- Flexibility: You don't mind working on weekends, but you appreciate the benefits of having days off during the week.
