We are looking for you to join our client, a renowned mechanical engineering company in Salzgitter, asan industrial mechanic (m/f/d).

Our client is a German mechanical engineering group founded in 1919 and the global market leader in load-handling equipment (grabs and spreaders), with a leading market position in mining machinery, drilling rigs, cable cars, and mobile antenna mounts. Until 1991, the company was a long-standing part of the Salzgitter/Preussag Group. Its headquarters are located in Salzgitter-Bad.

Tasks

• Assembly of individual parts, subassemblies, and complete systems according to drawings and parts lists
• Proper use of operating resources and machinery
• Connecting components and assemblies while taking specific assembly conditions into account
• Commissioning of systems and equipment
• Preparation of test reports

requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or comparable
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable
• Impeccable police clearance certificate
• Strong team spirit and high quality awareness
• Very good written and spoken German
