(Annual salary up to €45,000)

• Planning and Logistical Processing of Spare Parts Orders
• Processing of Spare Parts Inquiries and Orders
• Ensuring on-time delivery
• Processing of Spare Parts Claims
• Maintaining Customer Relationships
• Further Development of Processes and Master Data
• Development of Custom Solutions
• Optimizing parts availability, collaborating on projects

requirements

• Completed technical training (mechanical engineering) combined with a strong business acumen
• Results-oriented and persuasive salesperson / businessperson
• Insights into Kaltenbach's Customer Industries
• Proficiency in an ERP system, preferably SAP, and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong commitment to service and a customer-focused mindset
• Professional experience in spare parts sales at a company in the plant and machinery manufacturing industry is a plus
• Multilingual, with at least fluent German and English
