We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Munich to start as soon as possible through direct placement.

Tasks

• Independent implementation of ongoing financial accounting
• Processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
• Processing of payment transactions and ensuring liquidity
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
• Contact Person (m/f/d) for the External Tax Accounting Firm
• Managing the donation process and maintaining the membership records
• Correspondence with members, supporters, and donors
• Analysis, Optimization, and Documentation of Accounting Processes
• Eventually, assume responsibility for the technical coordination and management of financial accounting

requirements

• Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), tax specialist (m/f/d), accounting clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable business qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector
• Excellent knowledge of DATEV and proficiency in MS Office
• An independent, structured, and conscientious approach to work
• A strong aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking
• A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability
• A team-oriented person who enjoys improving processes
