Tasks

• Planning, Installation, and Commissioning of IT and Telecommunications Systems
• Setup and Configuration of Networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), Servers, and End Devices
• Conducting functional tests, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting
• Maintenance and repair of technical systems and hardware components
• Documentation of installations, system changes, and malfunctions
• Participation in IT projects (e.g., system transitions, migrations)
• Orientation and training for users on the systems in use
• Implementation of IT-related onboarding and offboarding processes (workstation setup, user account creation, assignment of permissions, email accounts)
• Collaboration with various departments regarding our products
• Overseeing and performing minor repair and maintenance work on buildings

requirements

• Completed training as an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Technical knowledge and practical experience working with IT systems, networks, and hardware
