Job description

We are hiring a hardworking, skilled handyman on a part-time basis for home and yard maintenance in 09130 Chemnitz. We look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks

• – Maintenance of outdoor facilities (including mowing 10,000 square meters of green space and removing weeds and grass)
• – Cleaning and waste disposal tasks
• – driving a mini lawn tractor
• – Perform minor repairs (such as replacing light bulbs and connecting cables)

requirements

• – a high level of craftsmanship
• – Unrestricted physical stamina (outdoor work even at 30 degrees)
• – Very good German language skills, at least B2 level
• – Willingness to work starting at 6:00 a.m. (once a month, Mon–Fri, 7 hours per day) (part-time job, 603 euros in earnings)
