Job description

Do you enjoy pitching in and have a knack for logistics? We’re looking for a dedicated materials supply specialist (m/f/d) to join the team at our client’s location in the Neu-Ulm area, starting immediately.

Tasks

• You will receive incoming goods, check them for completeness and quality, and store them properly
• You will record and post goods receipts in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) inventory management system
• You will be responsible for pre-picking purchased and replacement parts for production
• You ensure that materials are delivered to the production areas on time
• You will organize and maintain inventory levels in the goods receiving area and ensure a well-organized warehouse layout
• You will assist with packaging and loading tasks in the shipping department
• You will load and unload trucks and vans using a forklift

requirements

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience
• Strong IT skills and confidence in using a PC and common computer systems
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• Knowledge of cargo securing
• A forklift operator's license and practical driving experience are required
• A driver's license for passenger cars is required; a license for vehicles up to 3.5 metric tons is a plus
• A trailer license is preferred
• A crane operator's license is an asset
