We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) for our client in Mühldorf am Inn, to start immediately.

• Management and coordination of the logistics team in a shift-based operation
• Ensuring a smooth flow of inventory and materials
• Workforce Scheduling and Process Monitoring
• Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational safety standards
• Optimization of Logistical Processes

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in a trade or technical field
• Experience leading international teams in a shift-based environment, as well as in the areas of production and logistics
• Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is desirable 
• Experience operating electric forklifts up to 5 metric tons, reach trucks up to 10 meters, and securing loads
• Advanced knowledge of loading and unloading, in-house operations
