Tasks

• Performing coating processes in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Preparing and Cleaning Surfaces for Coating
• Monitoring and Controlling Coating Systems and Machines
• Ensuring the quality of coated products through regular inspections and tests
• Maintenance and Cleaning of Coating Systems

requirements

• Training in surface technology, painting, or a comparable qualification; career changers are also welcome
• Experience in performing coating processes is a plus
• Proficiency in operating coating systems and machines
• Quality awareness and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
• Strong communication skills, advanced German language skills
