Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading companies in the electronics and chemical industries, we are seeking an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or someone with comparable qualifications to begin work as soon as possible in production at the Göttingen location.

Tasks

• Programming the system controller or process parameters
• Set up the respective system in accordance with the specifications
• Characterization of coated optics using standard measurement techniques (e.g., spectrophotometers) 
• Implementing new processes in collaboration with the Coating Development team
• Continuous monitoring of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, deposition rate, and plasma properties during the coating process 

requirements

• Vocational training as a precision optician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of vacuum and coating technology
• Experience working with SAP (ERP system) and proficiency with MS Office
