Job description

We are looking for several production workers (m/f/d) for a well-known client in Heilbronn at their printing facility

Tasks

• Operation and Monitoring of Modern Printing and Production Systems
• Setting up, preparing, and reconfiguring the machines for different print jobs
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Conducting quality controls and inspecting the print output
• Supply of materials to production facilities (e.g., paper rolls and printing plates)
• Packaging, stacking, and preparing the finished printed materials for shipment
• Troubleshooting minor problems and performing simple maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational safety regulations
• Documentation of the production processes
• Collaboration within the shift team to ensure on-time production

requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial field is an asset, but not a requirement
• Some experience in production or printing is preferred
• Technical understanding and an interest in machinery and production equipment
• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
• Physical stamina and willingness to perform tasks while standing
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, and weekends
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Good written and spoken German
