Tasks

• Verification of the Validity of Tickets and Travel Documents
• Monitoring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and schedules
• Advice and assistance for passengers with questions about fares and routes
• Conducting random inspections and regular checks
• Reporting Violations and Inconsistencies
• Cooperation with Other Transportation Staff and Security Personnel

• Professional Competency Exam pursuant to §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills 
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Good physical condition and resilience
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
