Tasks

  • You will be responsible for independently coordinating and managing electrical construction sites in the low- and medium-voltage sectors.
  • In this role, you will manage projects for energy providers, municipal utilities, and well-known industrial companies
  • You will plan the deployment of your installation teams and coordinate installers and external workers
  • Organizing and scheduling machinery, equipment, and necessary materials is also part of your responsibilities
  • You will manage suppliers and subcontractors and ensure that operations on the construction site run smoothly
  • From preparation and planning through the actual construction work to completion, you will oversee your projects and ensure that they are carried out cost-effectively, with high quality, and on schedule
  • You’ll always have a clear overview of compliance with quality standards, occupational safety requirements, and relevant HSEQ and company policies
  • As the primary point of contact, you will provide expert support to customers, suppliers, government agencies, and internal contacts throughout the construction phase
  • You identify opportunities for optimization and actively contribute ideas for improving workflows and processes

requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field, for example as an electrician (m/f/d) or an electronics technician (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you will also have completed advanced training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), or hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy supply, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in the construction of electrical power systems is an asset
  • You have already gained experience managing construction sites and leading installation teams
  • Working confidently with schematics and circuit diagrams is one of your strengths
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel occasionally for work are required
  • You work independently, responsibly, and with dedication, while also demonstrating team spirit and strong negotiation skills
