Tasks

• Conducting day-to-day financial accounting
• Processing and Posting of Incoming and Outgoing Invoices
• Account Assignment and Verification of Business Transactions
• Execution and Monitoring of Payment Transactions
• Reconciliation and Maintenance of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger Accounts
• Processing and Resolving Open Items
• Performing account reconciliations and providing support for monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in preparing reports and business analyses
• Preparation and Assistance with Advance Sales Tax Returns
• Communication with tax advisors, auditors, customers, and suppliers
• Maintenance and Further Development of Accounting Processes and Procedures
• Support with general administrative tasks in the finance department

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d), or with a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting is desirable
• Proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems, ideally DATEV or SAP
• Careful, structured and independent way of working
