Tasks

• Strategic Management and Optimization of the Supplier Portfolio 
• Negotiating prices and entering into long-term supply and framework agreements
• Comprehensive supplier management, including evaluation and escalation management
• Conducting market, demand, and cost analyses, as well as benchmarking
• Optimizing Total Cost of Ownership Over the Product Life Cycle
• Representing Strategic Procurement in Development Projects
• Management of Risks, Obsolescence, and Supplier Changes
• Maintenance and Use of Relevant Purchasing Data in SAP

requirements

• A successfully completed college degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, combined with an affinity for technology
• Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement of, among other things, electronic components (including printed circuit boards and MEMS)
• A strong focus on cost efficiency and excellent negotiation skills in drafting contracts
• Confident demeanor, assertiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to take initiative 
• Proficiency in English (at least B2) and strong SAP skills
