Tasks

• Operational responsibility for occupational safety (EHS) and quality management at the site
• Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Planning and implementing security measures, as well as tracking incidents and actions
• Coordination and oversight of internal and external audits
• Creation and development of KPIs, as well as regular reporting
• Support for the continuous improvement of safety and quality processes

requirements

• A college degree or substantial professional experience in the field of QHSE / Occupational Safety / Quality Management
• A good understanding of the relevant legal regulations and audit requirements (particularly in Germany)
• Professional experience in logistics or an industrial setting is a plus
• A structured, precise, and detail-oriented approach to work
• A strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative
