Job description

We are currently seeking machine operators (m/f/d) for our client in Gemmingen to work in a 3-shift operation.

Tasks

• Operating and Monitoring Stamping and Die-Casting Machines
• Unloading and Inspecting the Stamped Parts
• Ideally, autonomous machine setup
• Setting Up and Loading the Production Lines
• Performing tool and material changes
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring it runs smoothly
• Carrying out quality controls and dimensional checks
• Identifying and Resolving Simple Machine and Process Malfunctions
• Post-processing and deburring of the manufactured metal parts
• Documentation of production and quality data
• Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational safety regulations
• Cleaning and Maintenance of Machinery and Workstations
• Collaborating on the optimization of production workflows and processes
• Collaboration with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other production departments

requirements

• Experience operating machinery, punching, die casting, or industrial metalworking is a plus
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Safe Operation of Machinery and Production Equipment
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Reliable, careful and quality-conscious way of working
• A strong sense of responsibility and a keen awareness of safety
• Ability to work in a team and commitment
• Physical resilience
• Willingness to learn how to use new machinery, equipment, and production processes
• Good written and spoken German
