Tasks

Among other things, you will be responsible for the following tasks in Würzburg:

• Technical and Organizational Management of the Technical Department
• Planning, managing, and monitoring technical processes and projects
• Ensuring the operational readiness of plants, machinery, and technical equipment
• Coordination of maintenance, upkeep, and repair activities
• Management, Work Scheduling, and Professional Development of Technical Staff
• Monitoring of Quality, Safety, and Regulatory Requirements
• Collaboration with internal departments, service providers, and external partners

• A completed technical degree, additional training as a technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a technical management role or in a comparable position of responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of technical processes, maintenance, and project management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A strong sense of responsibility, as well as strong decision-making and assertiveness skills
• Proficiency in using common IT and planning systems
