Tasks
Among other things, you will take on the following responsibilities in Schweinfurt:
- Independent support and advice for managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from job advertisements and applicant selection to contract negotiations
- Co-design and implementation of personnel development measures and programs
- Support in the implementation of HR projects, particularly in the areas of employee retention, talent development, and corporate culture
- Maintenance and further development of personnel administration, e.g., contracts and references
- Preparation of work references, reports, and evaluations
- Close cooperation with departments to optimize workflows and improve employee satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and company guidelines
- Participation in the design and optimization of HR processes and systems
- Supporting management in strategic HR matters
requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or comparable training with a focus on human resources
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, as well as human resources administration and development
- Excellent communication skills and consulting expertise
- High empathy and the ability to find solutions quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience in recruiting and designing HR processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and common HR software (e.g., SAP HR, Personio, or similar)
- Strong team spirit, flexibility, and an independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
