Tasks

• Order Processing
• You respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
• Customer service
• Packs ordered merchandise and oversees shipping
• Product Care in the Online Store

requirements

• Some experience in sales and e-commerce is a plus, but not required
• Enjoying Your Work
• Experience in advising and assisting clients
• Working in 2 shifts (working hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
• A driver's license and a personal car are a plus
• Very good written and spoken German
