Your Perspective
Duration: 6 months, full-time.
The goal: Our clear plan is to eventually hire you for a permanent position as a recruitment consultant (m/f/d).
No degree required: What counts with us is your motivation and talent, not your grades!

Tasks

• Matchmaking & Support: You'll be responsible for recruitment and planning the optimal staffing arrangements for our employees.
• Business Development: You will actively support us in securing new business, analyze new professional fields, and drive project execution forward.
• HR Marketing: You'll develop creative campaigns to win over customers and job applicants.
• Business Management Skills: You'll learn about business management and oversight—from cost estimation to billing.

• Career changers: Don't have any formal training or a college degree? No problem! You're a natural communicator and enjoy working with people.
• Training & Studies: Are you currently training to become a human resources services specialist (m/f/d) and looking for a company to complete your practical training, or are you completing a required internship as part of your studies? That’s perfect, too!
• Qualities: You are outgoing, ambitious, a quick learner, and enthusiastic about sales and working with people.
• Passion for HR: You have a genuine interest in recruiting and modern HR processes.
• Energetic & Flexible: Our day-to-day work in HR services is full of energy and activity. You’re flexible, solution-oriented, and don’t let things rattle you easily.
• Language & Computers: You speak German fluently, and using a computer and the Internet comes naturally to you.
