Tasks

• Monitoring of building utilities, particularly water, heating, and compressed air
• Performing mechanical maintenance and repair work on home and building systems
• General Janitorial Duties
• Cleaning and Maintenance of Buildings and Outdoor Facilities
• Handling of internal shipments, including waste disposal
• Assistance with tasks related to buildings and company premises
• Support in preparing for events, trade shows, and customer events

requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent experience
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Driving license class B mandatory
• A Class C/CE driver's license and a forklift operator's license are preferred
• Ideally, experience in delivery runs using small delivery vans
• Independent and reliable way of working
