Tasks

These are your responsibilities as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d):

• Receive shipments of goods and check them for completeness and accuracy
• Check inventory levels regularly and conduct inventory counts
• Coordinate material movements and the flow of goods in the warehouse
• Record Goods Movements and Inventory in the Inventory Management System
• Provide materials, tools, and equipment for construction sites and service calls
• Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure they are processed on time
• Provide technical guidance to two employees and support them in their daily work
• Coordinate work schedules and vacation time within the team
• Assign tasks to team members and organize them by priority
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, transportation companies, and internal departments
• Coordinate transportation and arrange the necessary registration and deregistration procedures
• Coordinate delivery dates and shipments reliably

As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll bring the following to the table:

• Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d)
• Appropriate communication with customers, drivers, and coworkers
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge and practical experience in warehouse management and inventory posting
• Excellent German language skills to ensure effective communication with customers, transportation companies, and internal departments
• Class B driver's license required
• Forklift operator's license required; aerial work platform operator's license is a plus, but not required
• Experience in coordinating or providing technical guidance to employees
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
