At its state-of-the-art production facility in Schmelz-Limbach, the company manufactures sophisticated mass-produced products for infrastructure and the global market. To strengthen the production team on the automated production lines, we are currently seeking dedicated machine operators.

Tasks

• Plant Operation: You will operate and monitor state-of-the-art, automated production lines and machines (e.g., profiling, punching, or coating lines) in a continuous production process.
• Material Supply: You load the equipment with raw materials and ensure a continuous flow of materials throughout the production process.
• Quality Control: You will perform regular visual and dimensional inspections on the manufactured components to ensure that our high quality standards are consistently met.
• Process Optimization: You independently resolve minor malfunctions, change tools according to instructions, and assist with maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines.

requirements

• Experience: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the metalworking field (e.g., as a machine and equipment operator or metalworker) or have already gained substantial hands-on experience operating machinery in an industrial setting.
• Career Changers: We provide intensive training for motivated career changers from other industries who have manual dexterity and technical knowledge.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a multi-shift system and a good command of German to understand work instructions.
