Tasks
- Plant Operation: You will operate and monitor state-of-the-art, automated production lines and machines (e.g., profiling, punching, or coating lines) in a continuous production process.
- Material Supply: You load the equipment with raw materials and ensure a continuous flow of materials throughout the production process.
- Quality Control: You will perform regular visual and dimensional inspections on the manufactured components to ensure that our high quality standards are consistently met.
- Process Optimization: You independently resolve minor malfunctions, change tools according to instructions, and assist with maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines.
requirements
- Experience: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship in the metalworking field (e.g., as a machine and equipment operator or metalworker) or have already gained substantial hands-on experience operating machinery in an industrial setting.
- Career Changers: We provide intensive training for motivated career changers from other industries who have manual dexterity and technical knowledge.
- Work Ethic: A meticulous, quality-oriented approach to work, as well as a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a multi-shift system and a good command of German to understand work instructions.
