Our client at the Saarlouis location manufactures complete seating systems specifically for the automotive market. Join this team and help bring ergonomics and comfort to the road!

We are looking for several production workers (m/f/d) to assemble car seats.

Tasks

• Production operations are currently running on a two-shift schedule
• Precise Assembly: You will be responsible for the professional assembly of complete vehicle seats and their components (frames, mechanisms, foam, and trim).
• Equipment Operation: You will operate modern assembly and production equipment using a continuous-flow production process.
• Quality Assurance: You will perform visual and functional quality checks during the production process to ensure that our high standards are met.
• Just-in-Time Logistics: You ensure that the manufactured seats are made available and forwarded on time for direct shipment.

requirements

• Work Experience: Ideally, you have already gained some experience in production, assembly, or the automotive industry (candidates from other fields with manual dexterity are also welcome).
• Excellent onboarding program: No need to worry about getting started! 
• Qualifications: You are committed to quality, highly reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts in accordance with the production schedule.
• Having a car and a driver's license is a big advantage
