Job description

We are looking for you to join our renowned client in Halle/S. as a custodian (m/f/d). You will be responsible for various preschools in the city.

Tasks

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Carrying out minor repairs
• Conducting and recording tours
• Room equipment with furniture, technology and other materials
• Locking service
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities as well as cleaning and disposal work
• Messenger services if necessary
• Preparation of documentation and reports, transfer to IT systems if necessary

requirements

• Preferably, a completed technical vocational training program and/or several years of professional experience as a building superintendent
• a clean criminal record
• High customer and service orientation
• Communication skills
• well-groomed appearance
• good knowledge of German
• Class B driver's license an advantage
