Tasks

FK31 Milling Technology:

• Check production documents for completeness
• Load the CNC programs and cutting tools into the milling machine and adjust them as needed
• Set up the milling machine according to the work plan
• Inspect the workpiece and, if necessary, determine and set the correction values
• Align workpieces and set the zero point 
• Identify, highlight, and resolve problems in the workflow
• Document workflows or modify documentation
• Conducting the Worker Self-Inspection
• Perform a collision check while machining workpieces

Heavy-duty machining FK30:

• Setting Up Milling Machines and Boring Mills
• Clamping and unclamping large assemblies on machining tables and vises
• Removal and Installation of Large Assemblies in Fixtures
• Deburring of Workpieces and Large Assemblies
• Drilling, Grinding, and Cutting with Hand-Held Tools
• Mobile EDM of assemblies
• Bonding and Filling of Assemblies
• Work based on drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documents
• Working at heights of up to 5 meters using personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls
• Operating overhead cranes with slewing mechanisms and lifting beams
• Operating Industrial Trucks

requirements

FK31 Milling Technology:

• Completed training as a machining technician (m/f/d) specializing in milling technology, or as a toolmaker (m/f/d) with a focus on milling, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in machining
• Machine controls: “Siemens 840D,” “One,” or “Heidenhain CNC Mill Plus”
• Shift readiness
• Good written and spoken German

Heavy-duty machining FK30:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), or similar qualification
• Work experience in the field of heavy-duty machining
• Crane operator's license (preferred, not required)
• Willingness to work 3 shifts
• Written and spoken German
