• Implementing production planning across the various departments
• Preparing, Organizing, and Operating Production Equipment
• Controlling, Testing, and Monitoring Production Processes
• Support for Reducing Disruptions 
• Conducting final inspections of the products 
• Continuous Optimization of Processes 

requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field 
• Work experience in production management is preferred 
• Strong technical understanding
• Quick learner, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
• Confident written and spoken German
• Independent and structured way of working
