Tasks
- Programming and Setting Up Computer-Controlled CNC Milling Machines
- Working with the Heidenhain iTNC 530 and TNC 620 Control Systems
- Perform soft and hard machining and simultaneous machining operations
- Tool-changing systems
- Use of VISI (CAD-CAM programming software) (training provided)
requirements
- Completed vocational training as a machinist
- Experience operating computer-controlled milling machines
- Ability to work independently and strong technical aptitude
- Willingness to work in 3 shifts
- Personal transportation is necessary to get to work
