A varied role as an accountant (m/f/d) through direct placement awaits you at our renowned client in Offenbach. The position is currently a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Tasks

•  Posting of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Invoices (Domestic and International)
• Processing the Open Item List (OPOS)
• Cash Bookkeeping
• Master data maintenance
• Resolving payment discrepancies with representatives, customers, and suppliers
• Processing the Dunning Run
• Commission Calculation and Payment
• Travel Expense Reports
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements 

requirements

• Business training and/or several years of professional experience 
• solid legal and tax expertise
• Language skills: German, English
• Work Experience in Accounting
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
• Good understanding of numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• User Knowledge of SAP Business One
