We are currently seeking a Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) for transportation processing for our client BASF in Ludwigshafen .

Tasks

• Handling of Incoming and Outgoing Truck Shipments
• Preparation and review of freight forwarding, hazardous materials, and customs documents
• Collection and Monitoring of Driver, Vehicle, and Transportation Data
• Point of contact for drivers, transportation management, and transportation service providers
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal security regulations

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding/logistics
• Previous work experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn other IT systems
• A structured, independent work style and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach
