Job description

We are currently seeking a Technical Clerk (m/f/d) for the Laboratory and Testing Technology department at our client BASF in Ludwigshafen , to start immediately.

Tasks

• Provision, Issuance, Return, and Management of Laboratory Equipment and Technical Components
• Supporting researchers, laboratory technicians, and process engineers in selecting appropriate equipment and setups
• Conducting visual and condition inspections, as well as organizing maintenance and repairs
• Storage, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment data
• Assistance with the procurement, installation, and dismantling of laboratory and test facilities

requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a chemical technician (m/f/d), chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), glass apparatus maker (m/f/d), or similar
• Experience working with laboratory, pilot, or test facilities is a plus
• A strong technical understanding of mechanical, equipment, and process engineering concepts
• Proficiency in using IT applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
• An independent, organized, and reliable work style, as well as a passion for technical tasks
