Job description
We are looking for a part-time accounts payable clerk (m/f/d) on a temporary assignment basis for a well-known client in Großostheim.

Tasks
- Independent review, account assignment, and posting of incoming invoices in accordance with legal requirements
- Resolving discrepancies in price, quantity, and invoices in collaboration with Purchasing, Warehousing, and suppliers
- Processing of payment reminders, as well as monitoring and ensuring timely payments
- Reviewing, preparing, and posting bank statements, including reconciling bank accounts
- Supporting the finance department with other accounting and administrative tasks
requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in the above-mentioned field
- Proficiency in using ERP systems
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
