Job description

On behalf of our client, a well-established organization in the field of integration support, we are seeking a dedicated therapeutic care worker (m/f/d) for a residential facility to start as soon as possible. In a supportive and multidisciplinary environment, you will assist adults with disabilities in their daily lives and promote their independence and social participation.

Tasks

• Educational Support and Assistance for People with Disabilities in Their Daily Lives
• Promoting Independence and Social Participation
• Planning and implementation of individual support measures
• Assistance with basic care (as needed)
• Documentation and participation in aid and support planning
• Cooperation with relatives, legal guardians, and specialist services

requirements

• Completed training as a therapeutic care worker (m/f/d)
• Empathy, appreciation, and a professional understanding of roles
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Ideally, experience in residential care
