Tasks
- Support: You help residents with their daily personal care and with getting dressed and undressed.
- Daily Care: You assist with meals and help people get through their day.
- Documentation: You conscientiously record the services provided in the care documentation.
- Teamwork: You'll work closely with the nursing staff and immediately report any changes in a patient's health status.
- Cleanliness: You ensure that the care area is tidy and hygienic.
requirements
- Warmth: Empathy, patience, and treating older people with respect come naturally to you.
- Experience: Ideally, you have completed a basic nursing course (a few weeks) or already have some experience in nursing.
- Reliability: You are a team player, flexible, and willing to work shifts and on weekends.
- Communication: You have a good command of German to communicate directly with the residents.
