Tasks
- Rental Management
- Lease Agreement Management
- Processing and Billing of Utility Costs
- Awarding Contracts to Tradespeople and Overseeing Service Providers
- Correspondence with tenants and companies
- Creating Listings for Various Real Estate Portals
- Assistance with Apartment Viewings and Final Inspections
- Support for Operational Administrative Management
requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a property manager (m/f/d)
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a real estate agent, or a comparable business-related apprenticeship, is desirable
- An interest in accounting
- Proficient Use of Microsoft Office Applications
- An independent, meticulous, and organized approach to work, with a strong focus on customers and service
- Hands-on approach, solution-oriented, team player
